Why do you use leather with prominent character marks in the first place?
We only qualify Almost Perfect in terms of cosmetic irregularities that have absolutely no impact on the quality or durability of our products. Rather, we figured that it'd be a shame to waste such beautiful and functional leather, so we decided to sell it at a discounted price.
What type of imperfection will I get with this bag?
Each of our Almost Perfect bags is one of a kind! While we can't say for sure which one you'll receive, some common character marks our customers find are pebbling and color variation, scars and striations, or a stitch out of place. That being said, rest assured that none of these "imperfections" will impact the functionality of the bag in any way!

Please note that our pebbled leather, like all of our leather, is a natural product. You may notice changes in grain or texture throughout your bag. Other companies artificially press a pebble texture into their leather. However, the pebbling of our leather is achieved naturally through an extra tumbling process which leaves some areas of the hide smoother than others.

I didn’t think I would like the Sloan bag, but I ended up loving them. I ordered a large Black, and 3 smalls: Aruba, Bone, Cobalt. The small is my favorite, as it looks great as a crossbody. I don’t carry much, and it surprisingly fits a lot.

Had to pick up the Sloan! It is the most perfect bag to transition from day to evening. Great selection of colors and also very light with an added bonus of a top handle or crossbody option!! I’m a FAN!!
Sunshine is soooooo underrated. The Sloan is perfect sized and sunshine is so cheery and smooshie.
I have the Oversized Sloan in Grizzly. I love how smooth the leather feels. Its like a nonpebbled Coldbrew. It’s my second favorite leather. I love the OS Sloan bag. She fits in so much and I love I can carry her crossbody. I’m happy I got her.
