Why do you use leather with prominent character marks in the first place?
We only qualify Almost Perfect in terms of cosmetic irregularities that have absolutely no impact on the quality or durability of our products. Rather, we figured that it'd be a shame to waste such beautiful and functional leather, so we decided to sell it at a discounted price.
What type of imperfection will I get with this bag?
Each of our Almost Perfect bags is one of a kind! While we can't say for sure which one you'll receive, some common character marks our customers find are pebbling and color variation, scars and striations, or a stitch out of place. That being said, rest assured that none of these "imperfections" will impact the functionality of the bag in any way!

Please note that our pebbled leather, like all of our leather, is a natural product. You may notice changes in grain or texture throughout your bag. Other companies artificially press a pebble texture into their leather. However, the pebbling of our leather is achieved naturally through an extra tumbling process which leaves some areas of the hide smoother than others.

The small tote backpack in shadow lime is a fun spring color. It has small even pebbles and medium firmness. The front zippered pocket is about an inch too short to fully hold my phone. I keep my keys in it. The small canvas organizer fits inside to make up for the lack of an inside pocket. It holds my essentials and a small tablet.

The small tote backpack is a cute mini backpack. It doesn’t have the same belt buckle adjustment as the regular size tote backpack, but it’s still adjustable and fits well!
Cute alternative to a standard backpack and purse. It’s a nice combination of both. I definitely like the pebbled styles better, a little more flexible.
The small tote backpack is perfect for me when I need to carry a little more than a sling, but still want to be hands free. I love having the separate small pocket for things I need easy access to.
I really wanted the Cabernet Classic tote backpack but they sold out so quickly that I decided to try the smaller sized tote backpack. It's a beautiful color , very rich and dark. The backpack is so handy and I love the zippers, but I think I will return this and hold out for a large one. I'm crossing my fingers they will restock soon. I think I just need a tad more space.
