We only qualify Almost Perfect in terms of cosmetic irregularities that have absolutely no impact on the quality or durability of our products. Rather, we figured that it'd be a shame to waste such beautiful and functional leather, so we decided to sell it at a discounted price.
What type of imperfection will I get with this bag?
Each of our Almost Perfect bags is one of a kind! While we can't say for sure which one you'll receive, some common character marks our customers find are pebbling and color variation, scars and striations, or a stitch out of place. That being said, rest assured that none of these "imperfections" will impact the functionality of the bag in any way!

I purchased the large Devan in Orchid and it is my go-to big bag. The strap length is great for even a tall lady like me (I'm 5'10") and it stays on my shoulders easily. The color is gorgeous in person and suits this style so well. 10/10 would recommend. Maybe I'll get the Classic in suede next...

For my 9/19 birthday my husband ordered (had me to) the Large Koi Devan, and after carrying it for a week , I absolutely love it ! I love it slightly more than my small Devan because I'm a bigger bag kinda girl. It not so big that it's awkward and it doesn't feel like you are carrying a suitcase. The Koi color is just so perfect for Autumn. The Koi is a fully saturated color, it's fun and sassy, but still blends well with my dresses for more serious events. It's just perfect if you love color!!

I never would've bought a bag in madrone but this C-sale beauty changed it all! The deep brown reddish color makes it a classic tote you can use for any occasion. The one pocket makes it convenient. I get a lot of compliments. I've given it as a gift!
My favorite bucket bag

This is my second large Devan bucket tote and I think it's the perfect size. The Cobalt is a great blue. The pebbling makes it soft to the touch but there is still enough structure for the bag to stand up with items in it. This is my go to when I need more space. The picture shows it with a taco, roswell, glass case, water bottle, wallet and hard cover book--and there is still room. The shape fits very comfortably against my body.

My E-W Devan is all that I could ask far! I couldn’t find any imperfections in this Almost Perfect bag. Chonky pebbles throughout and squishy enough but with sufficient structure to show off the Devan design. Has character but not anything that looks like a flaw. Love it!

This is the perfect classy bag that goes with everything.It feels so soft!
The classic devan is so cute! Mine is smoke grey. It's the perfect capacity for when you need something more than a crossbody but not a full size tote bag. It makes for a convenient every day carry. It's not deep enough to carry a big water bottle or anything like that though so keep that in mind. Smoke grey is a great color with a lot of depth. I think the color goes well with a classy look but it's also easy to dress down. The suede is so smooth and floppy, I love a slouchy bag. It's an AP bag so she did come with a tiny little scratch on the front but it's not super noticeable. I don't mind it though, I think of it as a beauty mark 😊
My collection of Oversized Devans just keeps growing. It is my work bag - it holds my essentials, my lunch, a water bottle or two, a book, and any needed supplies. It's a workhorse that looks elegant and feels comfortable on my shoulder. It's by far my favorite of the PLG collection.
I'm not sure why/how I became obsessed with Devan bags the last few months, but somehow I ended up with 3. I purchased the large devan in mariner blue at the Chicago store and I have no regrets. The suede is a gorgeous color and it's so soft and smooth. The bag is a complete puddle, which I love, and doesn't stand when it's empty. The color is very versatile and the shape of the bag adds a cute touch to a casual outfit or something more dressed up. I especially love how wide open it is, makes it easy to find what I need. The magnetic closure is very strong and gives the bag some security. Lastly, the strap length is just right and makes carrying the bag very comfortable and easy. It's great for when you want the utility of a tote bag but a little style as well.
I absolutely have fallen in love with the OS Devan. It fits my laptop when needed. This black is elegant.
